1) Vin de France Belle Etoile White

 

A fruity wine that will marry all summer dishes.

Terroir These vines benefit from the sunshine of the South and the strength of the Mistral. The soil of this vineyard is rich in limestone and clay subsoil. Grape Variety: Vermentino Vintage: 2019 Alcohol Content: 13%

Winemaking: The grapes have a cold maceration before being pressed; fermentation takes place at low temperature, which allows yeast to develop its fruit flavors.

Food-Wine pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, or with any kind of sea food.

Grape Varieties: Syrah, Cinsault and Bourboulenc Vintage: 2019 Alcohol Content: 13% Winemaking: Grapes have a cold maceration before being pressed; fermentation takes place at low temperature, which allows yeast to develop fruit flavors

Food-Wine pairings: A fresh rosé to drink as an aperitif, with summer salads or barbecue, or with simple recipes as vegetable custard tart.

 

3) Vin de France La Belle Etoile Red

 

Smooth and crispy, this wine will reveal its spicy notes of red fruits…

Terroir: Covering an area bathed by the sun, the soil is composed of clay-limestone soil on a plain.

Grape Varieties: Grenache and Syrah Vintage: 2019 Alcohol Content: 14% Winemaking: Cold maceration. Monitoring and maintaining low temperatures to extract a fruity, round and silky wine. Ageing on lees in stainless steel vats. Covering an area of one hectare and a half, bathed by the sun, the soil is composed of clay-limestone soil on a plain.

4) Château De Manissy Elzéard

6) MAS DE CADENET ROSÉ

 

AOP CÔTES DE PROVENCE SAINTE VICTOIRE

Vintage: 2019 Alcohol Content: 13% GRAPE VARIETIES: 45% Grenache - 45% Cinsault - 10% Syrah

VINIFICATION: Early morning harvest (must at 10°C), Picking of the

grapes at rising maturity. Destemming, crushing of the berries and skin

maceration. Low temperature alcoholic fermentation (18°C), rack of gross lees.

Blending of the grape varieties.

TASTING NOTES: This light pink wine with a beautiful mineral freshness,

reveals delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits and flowers. In the mouth, the limestone soil brings balance and elegance, with a crispy length. Aromas bouquet is

persistent throughout, offering fruity and salty final. A delectable wine best served at 10°C.

FOOD PAIRING: This fresh and elegant rosé can be enjoyed by itself.

Easy pairing with Mediterranean dishes (tartare, ceviche, ratatouille…) as well as exotic food.
